- We will collect an Inventory and Condition Form from the tenant (that documents the Tenant’s recognition of condition of the property upon moved in and any request for repairs)
We COORDINATE the lease agreement with the new tenants
- We will coordinate the contract and send it for review by the Landlord, then to tenant
- We will review the lease contract with Landlord and Tenant (answer any questions)
- We will communicate with Tenants on move-in activities
